Styling is essential and so is adding a dash of an elegant scarf to it! A thought that marked the setting of El-toque, a place where art and class collide to create a flawless band of cloth – Scarf. In this age of fast fashion, one style statement that has never gone out of the trend is Scarf and to give this forever fashion element, a unique, luxurious touch, El-toque came into existence with a forte of creating a spanking range of beautifully woven and printed scarves. With each piece hand-crafted with pure love and passion by top-notch artisans and designers, the sole aim of the brand is to make the wearers feel utterly confident and good about themselves. The land of classy scarves, fabricated in bright and subtle hues, with accent prints and motifs on silk, cotton, and woolen fabrics, El-toque offers its customers a mark of class and sophistication.
El-toque, the high-end scarf brand, frames itself as a fusion of luxury and contemporary art with a tint of comfort and subtlety. Considering this key point, we brainstormed around the logo. We wanted to bring this suave notion in the creation of the brand’s emblem as well.
At first, we thought to imprint a feather design on the logo in black color on a white grained background. The idea behind adding a feather in the logotype was because the word denotes protection, covering, and caring and that’s what El-toque’s scarves render to the wearers. But the overall view of the design wasn’t giving that exact feel of the brand’s vision. So, we got more into the depth of it and scooped out the perfect match that actually turned out to be the final logo!
We started with creating a more refined design for El-toque’s symbol that can be easily inscribed and seen on scarves and branding merchandise. To bring a sleek, sharp, and sophisticated look to the logo, we have gone with a geometrical format. We have patterned E & T, the brand’s initials, in circular and hexagon shapes. The color theory of the logo is: Hues that best describe luxury, modernity, and boldness are Black and Golden. Ergo, we have used black on the base and designs are created in a golden hue. Talking about the font, we have considered giving the brand name a finished and extravagant look and thus, we have etched it with Devil Breeze font style.
El-toque scarves are a synonym for exclusivity, opulence, and class. They are sewed with utmost artistry and are meant to unearth the beauty of today’s uptown women. Marking that point, we have gone about designing the branding merchandise.
While crafting Visiting Cards, Tags, Labels, Banners, and even Flex with the insertion of QR Code as well to make it easy for customers to follow El-toque on various platforms, we have made sure that we retain the distinctive and premium El-toque’s touch of class.
Going by the minimalistic approach, we have created the Visiting Card with essentials written on it in the font- Poppins. Moreover, we have made 2-fold tags as a part of the branding stationeries. The tags have a personal note, the brand names’ meaning, washing instructions, and the essential company details printed in font styles- Petit Formal Script (back), Poppins, and Myriad Pro. For Labels, we have gone with a note in golden color & Carolina Mountains font saying, “handcrafted with love” on a white, clear background. This denotes purity and quality with which El-toques’ scarves are fabricated.
